Off Campus Housing 101 has developed this Web site to help you find and maintain the best living situation possible. With proper planning, careful selection of roommates and clear communication with your landlord, you can find a place that meets all (or most) of your needs. The Housing Office is located at the corner of Citrus and Legion Avenues. Regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the academic year, and summer hours are Monday – Thursday 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and Friday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The University Housing and Food Service Office has, in addition to the off–campus housing Web site, resources to help faculty, staff, and students find and maintain suitable housing. There is a 24–hour kiosk with available rental listings open to the public just outside our office located on the corner of Citrus and Legion Avenues.
The listings are available 24–hours/day, 7 days/week, however, posting listings is only available during our office hours which are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. during the academic year and 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 – 4 p.m. on Friday during the summer. And, UHFS has a staff member available who can assist you with landlord/tenant or roommate issues. Please call 530–898–6325 or e-mail Natalie Gebicke to schedule an appointment.
